We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets within the financial markets, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes.
Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, including stocks, bonds, commodities, and derivatives.
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across various sources.
- Predictive Modeling: Use statistical methods and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and marketing, to support business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding data usage and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial markets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Python (MT4/MT5), R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge in Algorithmic Trading for strategy development and automation.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading mechanisms.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
