Job Summary: _primarily responsible for ensuring that information in the system is complete and updated. Scrape, clean and complete listing information from crawler, facebook, property portals, app and others with the goal of forwarding the listing to the Acquisition Researcher._
Job responsibilities:
- Populate the system by encoding the following:
Subdivisions Grading
Agents/Broker
- Ensure that the following are updated in the system:
- Subdivisions Information
Subdivision Grade
And other points that will improve the accuracy of the system
- Clean and complete listing information from the app, system and networks.
- Assess and identify areas with potential available properties for acquisition using technology (left over units and dilapidated units)
Requirements: - Must have Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or any related course
Keen to details and tech savvy
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
