Monitoring and alerting more than 24 hour no update parcel in Hub and in transit
Coordinate everyday operation with Hub and Transportation make sure no delay action to execute based daily Data monitoring. On time execute inbound, outbound, origin hub sorting, and destination hub
Others Daily Hub and Transportation Related tasks

OPM officer 3 - Product and Project_
Assist Ops Handler to coordinate the operation team for encountered problem and prepare resolution plan in real time.
Daily Monitoring Problematic Parcel, claim and doing daily SLA extension for both forward and reverse.
Other Lazada or Shopee project daily
- Degree or Master's Degree in Logistics or relevant field.
At least 1-3 years of experience on expand Express business or relevant.
- Good command on computer skill; Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and Power Point.
Good command in English.- Good command in communication, negotiation, and coordination between department.
Be tactical thinking, and pioneer working. Rectify, develop and always outstanding work.
- Willing to work at McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City for 6 days per week.
