Responsibilities Collect and interpret data on all kinds of medium
Ensures data accuracy and format for back end and development use
Deliver accurate Stand-up minutes of the meeting (MOM)
Respond to all applicable chat channels for client updates, requests, and setups
Report all workflow changes and impacts on productivity
Maintenance and analyses of databases extracted
Provides data support to Country President and Business Line
Interacts with Business Stakeholder and SMEs to understand their requirement and map as-is process.
Gather, document and analyze business needs and requirements
Understand and define business problems, get all background information, and collect relevant data points
At least 2 years relevant experience in advanced data processing roles
Self-organized, detail-oriented and a critical thinker
Insurance industry experience (prefer)
