The Data Analyst plays a key role in analyzing operational data, suggesting effective visual representations for Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and other stakeholders. They also ensure quality assurance, document processes, and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will help management translate data into valuable information, insights, and actionable business decisions
- Develop capabilities for analyzing and reporting data. Monitor performance and quality control plans to find areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough analysis from start to finish, including requirements, activities, and design.- Interpret data, use statistical techniques to analyze results, and provide ongoing reports.
Evaluate and enhance data collection systems, analytics, and strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Gather data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases or data systems.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.- Clean and filter data to fix coding issues.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Have strong attention to detail, simplify large amounts of information, and possess strong math and business skills.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Business, or a related field; or an associate degree with equivalent work experience.- Must have 2+ years of experience as an analyst in a BPO.
Must have 2+ years of experience managing workforce management, scheduling, and optimization in a large BPO environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Quick to learn new proprietary software and system upgrades.- Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools required.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends based on business demands.
Able to do flexible work setup, may be asked to report onsite at least once a week but should be available for onsite presence during days with business demands- Demonstrated leadership abilities working across department and programs.
