Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in data management, analysis, and reporting who is eager to contribute to impactful business decisions. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, improve processes, and support product and operations development.
What you'll do:
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL queries and dashboards in Metabase to track and report on key metrics.
- Manage and analyze data using advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making and workflow optimization.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing and auditing data sources and processes.
- Contribute to backend engineering tasks related to data, with familiarity in Python and Django as a plus.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Metabase, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data management
- Deep understanding of product and operations development concepts and workflows
- Knowledge of backend engineering, particularly with Python and Django, is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

What to expect:
- Pay: $1500 USD per month or Php 82,500 per month **
- **Note: Exchange rate will depend on the platform's current payout's date
- Probationary period: 12 weeks
- Training period: 3 days
