Job Title/Position:
Data Analyst Entry Specialist (focus on data migration)
Job Responsibilities:
. Support new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting
. Create ad-hoc performance dashboards to give our clients information and insights into their businessu0027 performance.
. Extract, clean, and transform data sources into interpretable and reproducible datasets that are ready for analysis and/or data migrations
. Assist with data extraction and reporting, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and quality are achieved.
. Working with developers, DevOps engineers and business analysis to identify, plan and solve business problems.
. Work with customer data to strategize, collect, clean and interpret data within your team
. Set up and Integrate PowerBI to Client's environment
. Manipulation, integration and analysis of client's raw data
. Consult with external and internal stakeholders to identify the desired insight and/or result
. Follow and execute data migration process for customer implementation or consulting projects
. Reporting and discussing results of data analysis to relevant team members
. Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
. Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary
Qualifications:
. A degree in data analytics, other relevant qualification, or equivalent industry experience

Prior Experience:
. 2 + years experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
. Experience in data models and reporting packages
. Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
. Good business acumen, with a keen desire to work across the organisation to analyse and improve the business
Highly desirable skills:
. High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases
. Experience across the Microsoft Platform (Dynamics, PowerBI, Power Platform)
. Interest, passion, and high aptitude for technology, especially in data and analytics
