Years of Relevant working Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis
At least 1 year o
f experience in data quality focused role
Education:
Bachelor's degree
in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information Technology, Information management, or similar.
Experience:- Big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc. (non-negotiable)
Relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.
- Data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.
AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift- Stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.
Object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
Develop data quality reports on large datasets to determine data quality based on the set rules and threshold by the Data Owners / Stewards
- Running data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as providing recommendations in cleaning bad data
Evaluate system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality- Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs
Document processes and maintaining data records
- Adhere to best practices in data analysis and collection
Keep abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis- Provide regular updates to Management:
Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs, and instruction are carried out
