Work Set-up: US-Night Shift (8pm-5am MNL time), 2x a week Onsite in Pasig (with Shuttle)

Job Summary:We're in search of a skilled and seasoned Data Analyst to become an integral part of our Data & Analytics team, leading the charge in uncovering insights and guiding data-centric decision-making for our B2B clients. As the liaison between client requirements, actionable data analysis, and marketing strategies, you'll play a pivotal role in refining client marketing endeavors and maximizing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will heavily focus on presentation of data and providing key insights to global stakeholders- Actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients business objectives and pain points within their specific business landscape.
- Transform client requirements into tangible data needs and develop detailed analysis plans.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, exerting influence on strategic decision-making processes.
- Identify and procure pertinent data from various marketing channels and internal systems.
- Execute data cleansing, transformation, and manipulation to ensure data accuracy and analysis readiness.
- Partner with the data operations team to establish and maintain streamlined data pipelines.
- Generate informative reports and dynamic dashboards using cutting-edge data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
- Apply statistical analysis methodologies to unveil trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives.
- Identify areas for enhancement through comprehensive data analysis and propose actionable optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to impart data-driven insights and promote best practices.
- Develop and conduct internal training sessions focused on data analysis and interpretation.
- Remain abreast of the latest trends in B2B marketing and advancements in data analytics tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:- 1-2+ years of experience in Business Analyst / Data Analyst role with strong stakeholder management experience
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools like MS Excel/Powerpoint, Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or other similar tools
- Advanced skills in delivering and organizing data using Excel/Powerpoint
- Exposure in SQL, Python, or R is highly preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Strong client management and presentation skills
