We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help our organization make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Processing:
- Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
- Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Present data findings in a clear and concise manner through visualizations and reports
- Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Insights and Recommendations:
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations using data
- Documentation and Communication:
- Document data analysis processes and methodologies
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and data visualization
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Analytical Skills:
