Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Interpretation and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within our sales, inventory, and customer data.

Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Excel and other analytical tools to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Data Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular audits, validation procedures, and data cleansing activities. Collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve data quality issues and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

Business Strategy Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing sales performance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in data collection processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies to enhance the accuracy and reliability of our insights.

• Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the wholesale, retail or ecommerce sector. Experience in the automotive industry and/or US E-Commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, E-Bay, etc.) is a plus.


Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (including macros, pivot tables, and data visualization) and familiarity with databases software (SQL, etc.).

Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Keen attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving through data. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and cultural differences.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
