Responsibilities
Check and notate any negative reviews that have been removed
Execute tasks with thoroughness, and savvy knowledge on technology
Check reviews for our entire client database
Analyze and use different directory sites to improve the services
Data entry, update, add or remove labels on information stored in CRM
Report to the Client Services Manager if there are any problems or issues
Completing any overflow tasks that might be necessary for clients
Other duties or tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Good command of the English language
Has good work ethics
Typing speed at least 60 wpm
Must be a good team player
Able to work in flexible hours

Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel Core or AMD equivalent or highly required i3/ i5/ i7
RAM: 8GB of Ram with 60GB hard disk space available
Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps and up wired Internet Connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
Peripherals: Headset with noise-cancelling feature & a high definition web camera
