About Jardine Service Centre Philippines (JSC)
Jardine Service Centre Philippines is an organization fully owned by Jardine Matheson Group which is a diversified Asian-based group with unsurpassed experience in the region, having been founded in 1832. Responsibilities:
Application management
Work with D365 owners on enhancements, change requests, and other improvements to the various ERP modules (i.e. Finance)
Work with users with process mapping, process design, gathering requirements and working on developing enhancements solutions.
Provide support, training, & testing on requests related to all modules (D365 is preferred, other ERP support is an asset)
Managing Microsoft D365 Access Control capabilities
Managing Microsoft D365 product enhancements by building business cases and sharing with stakeholders
Explore options to automate processes and use full capabilities of Microsoft D365 suite.
Service Delivery management
Manage offshore Microsoft D365 authorization team.
Manage Microsoft D365 Access Service Catalogue within ServiceNow
Manage ticket reduction initiatives and customer satisfaction improvements.
Seek for opportunities to automate and integrate applications.
Authorization management
Guide security, role and authorization design, architecture, and optimization
Build, train, and support process owner knowledge within Microsoft D365 authorizations
Collaborate with business process owners to adjust Microsoft D365 authorizations that meet business requirements.
Provide Microsoft D365 authorization problem management (3rd level support)
Segregation of Duties management
Manage, optimize, and report SoD conflicts within and across corporation Microsoft D365 landscape.
Coordinate Microsoft D365 Access Risk reporting, monitoring and risk reduction initiatives
Establish process to manage, develop and maintain the corporation SoD Ruleset
Analyse and suggest removal false positives in ruleset.
Support internal and external ERP audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience
Relevant certifications in the field of Microsoft D365 Security preferably
Knowledge in Microsoft D365 modules - process and configuration level
Solid understanding of AD / AAD
Advanced Ruleset understanding and Access Risk Analysis
Relevant experience in Microsoft D365 Role designing / re-design.
Experience in troubleshooting authorization issues in a large-scale multi-site environment
Work experience with various Microsoft 365 / Azure security environments
Excellent technical, analytical, negotiation and innovative skills including inspiration and getting buy-in from senior stakeholders.
Skills and experience on Data migration, Integration, reporting, azure devops, Security and performance are nice to have skill sets
should have excellent understanding of MS D365 Finance and Operations architecture and experienced in using Developer tools, can manage source code and artifacts, can customize D365FO by using Visual Studio and has background on systems implementations by using LifeCycle Services.
