Role: D365 Functional Consultant - Banking Sector

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly in the Sales and Customer Service modules, as well as expertise in the Power Platform. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual who can engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation process.
Mandatory Skills:
Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Experience & Service Modules Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center)
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
Relevant experience in Dynamics 365 implementations
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Run customer workshops to discuss project scope and gather requirements effectively.
Functional Architecture: Create functional architecture and documentation, including functional requirements documents, product backlogs, and user story grooming.
Requirements Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of all requirements and documentation within the Banks systems.
D365 Expertise: Leverage functional expertise in the D365 CE platform, particularly in Customer Service and Sales modules.
Sprint Review: Demonstrate features developed during sprint review meetings to stakeholders.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Validate UAT scripts and provide inputs for the creation of testing scripts.
Training Support: Review training documents and contribute to their development by providing valuable insights.
Implementation Support: Assist the implementation team by responding to queries and providing guidance on best practices.
Technical Solution Design: Architect the Dynamics 365 system, managing end-to-end implementation architecture, including customization, configuration, integration, and coding.
Design Review: Conduct design reviews of D365 solutions, ensuring adherence to project standards and best practices.
Risk Identification: Identify potential project risks and issues and work towards mitigating them effectively.
Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee system testing and quality assurance processes, including regression testing for upgrades.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the Dynamics 365 solutions and processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a functional lead or functional consultant in D365 projects.
Ability to elicit detailed requirements from business stakeholders and map them to D365 functionalities.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations and integration.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in banking or financial services industry.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles.
