Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of our Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is critical for designing and managing end-to-end (E2E) implementation architectures, ensuring that all solutions are aligned with business requirements and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration, as well as strong problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Architect the Dynamics 365 system, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture that meets business needs.
- E2E Implementation Management: Create and manage the end-to-end implementation architecture, leveraging strong knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, configuration, integration, coding, design patterns, and custom business logic.
- Requirements Engagement: Actively engage during requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design Review: Conduct design reviews of Dynamics 365 solutions, including assessing the integration scope and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Best Practices Guidance: Provide guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations, promoting effective use of the platform.
- Risk Identification: Identify potential project risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Technical Solution Support: Support the anchoring of overall technical solutions while effectively communicating these to project delivery teams.
- Customer-Focused Solutions: Develop optimum technical solutions tailored to the customer's environment, requirements, and financial resources.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure compliance with the Bank's standards and achieve acceptance at architectural review meetings.
Required Skills
- Dynamics 365 CE Expertise: Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Experience and Service Modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Contact Center.
- Power Platform Proficiency: Knowledge of PowerApps (Model Driven, Canvas, and Custom Pages), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Development Skills: Proficient in coding languages and technologies such as JavaScript, C#, HTML5, CSS, and JSON.
- Integration Experience: Experience with SharePoint and Azure DevOps for seamless integration and collaboration.
- Technical Documentation: Ability to create detailed technical documentation and architectural diagrams to support the implementation process.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
