Cybersecurity Engineer (SOC Analyst)As a Cybersecurity Engineer (SOC Analyst), you will be a key member of the Security Operations Center (SOC) team, responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents. You will work closely with senior team members to enhance our cybersecurity measures.
- Configure, manage, and monitor security systems and tools within the SOC.
- Conduct advanced security assessments and vulnerability management.
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures for SOC operations.
- Lead incident response efforts and investigations, and collaborate with other SOC analysts.
- Mentor junior SOC team members and assist in their professional growth.
- Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field with at least 2 years in a SOC role.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in firewall and IDS/IPS management.
- Strong understanding of encryption, access control, and network security.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications (preferred but not required):
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
