AckerWorx is seeking a talented and dedicated Cyber Security Analyst to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our systems and data from cyber threats, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information assets.
Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.- Implement and maintain security measures to protect information systems and networks.
Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.
Investigate and respond to security breaches and incidents.- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into systems and applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies.
Proven experience as a Cyber Security Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols, and technologies.
Proficiency in using security tools and software for monitoring, analysis, and incident response.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education and Experience:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
