FRESH GRADUATE OF CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY:
Assess truck requirements to create a dispatch and booking schedule for both FCL and LCL.
Coordinateand monitor truck movement with subcontractors, and prepare an advance booking in case of an advance gate pass and/or an advance booking from the warehouse and delivery TL.
Cascade special instructions are required for the truck driver and helper, including storage requirements.
Monitor delivery and distribution activitiesday and nightin coordination with the warehousing team.
Monitor day-to-day booking requirements, including weekend pullouts and deliveries.
Traffic Management: Secure an advance booking schedule to minimize delay.
Secure TABS Bookings are required for every container pulling out of Manila Port.
Check for an additional outsource of trucks based on the cargo requirement.
Assist with end-trip submission for every truck arrival at CSW from port.
Monitor the return of empty containers and assist shipping lines, if needed.
Secure the original copy of the Equipment Interchange Receipt for all containers pulled out of port for shipping refunds after unloading.
Ensure the completeness of operational records, including EIR and GPS transmittal.
100% compliance with safety and reporting
SECONDARY:
Assist Customs Processor on DEA Examination as needed.
Other administrative (Adhoc) function deemed necessary for the operation.
Performs whatever function may assigned from time to time.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):
Knowledgeable in trucking operations and dispatch.
With Logistics and Transportation background.
Team player and a problem solver.

Computer Literate
With analytical and technical skills.
Fast Leaner and open minded.
Results oriented.
Willing to travel if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS in Customs Admin or any business-related course.
Must have at least 6 months of work experience in the same field.
