JOB QUALIFICATION- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Customs Administration.
License Custom Broker preferred but not required.- Good written and oral communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Import-Export charges and processes.
Checking the completeness and correctness of documents received from concerned parties (i.e. carriers, forwarders, agent, and consignee).
- Checking, monitoring of shipments arrival, secure charges from shipping line/carrier/forwarders and preparation of request for payments.
Prepares computation of duties and taxes and forward to clients for approval.- Prepares Import Entry and Internal Revenue Declaration (IEIRD) and Supplemental Declaration and Valuation (SDV), lodgement of entries, thru the assigned service provider, delivery receipts, advance vehicle reservation and all supporting documents needed before filing the entry.
Monitoring the status of entry upon filing until releasing from BOC and advice the concerned parties, especially the consignee for the delivery of cargoes.
- Ensure the complete daily status report.
Liquidation for released shipments and secure official receipts.- Turn-over of folder to accounting for billing.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
