Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
- Licensed Customs Broker
- With at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Must be knowledgeable in PEZA,MICP & BOC both for import/export by sea/air
- With a comprehensive understanding of customs processes and regulatory requirements.
- Dependable and can work with minimum supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Reviews shipping documents
- Tariff Classification
- Computes estimated duties and taxes
- Lodgment of import entry thru VASP
- Uploading of import documents to BOC Portal
- Prepare and endorse container guaranty to Shipping Line
- DTI BOI & DOF Exemption Application
- Monitor and update consignee's shipment status
- Collate all charges from vendor for preparation of quotation to client
- Prepare quotations and billings. Other tasks may be assigned such as coordination and monitoring og shipment until delivery, prepare approval memo for Trucking, booking with vendor's third party partners for the delivery from port to their warehouse.
