Job Description

About the Client:

Responsibilities:
  • Update licensure across EMRs for different client accounts
  • Assisting with callout procedure
  • Daily monitoring of and reporting on provider Google Calendars
  • Assist with provider workforce management and utilization, collaborating closely
  • with the US Practice Management team
  • Report management and workforce data tracking
  • Entering and maintenance of data entry for providers into systems
  • Inputting schedules into Humanity


Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including experience with data entry software, databases, Google Suite (particularly Sheets), and preferably electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Practice Management Assistant 2
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team.
  • Preferably have knowledge of United States medical terminology and healthcare regulations (HIPAA).
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work following US shifting hours
  • Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati or BGC office

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php28,000.00 per month
