Job Description

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping others We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team and be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll provide timely and helpful assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through email, chat, or phone support.

About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot product or service issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a calm, empathetic approach will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide solutions to customers.

Document customer interactions, problems, and solutions in our CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.

Provide feedback to internal teams regarding common customer challenges to improve products and services.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in customer service software, CRM systems, and remote communication tools.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
