Job Description

We're on the lookout for a rockstar Customer Support Specialist to join our awesome team. If you've got a couple of years under your belt in customer service, love the idea of diving into the e-commerce scene, and are passionate about delivering kick-ass customer experiences, then you're exactly who we're looking for!

Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to person for our customers, answering questions about returns, refunds, order status, and any pesky website issues. You'll be rocking it on email, chat, and the good ol phone, all within our fancy CRM platform.
Got a knack for problem-solving Awesome! You'll be using those mad skills to identify and tackle website issues like a pro, and if things get super tricky, don't worry, we've got your back we'll help you escalate it to the right folks.
  • Oh, and we're big on team vibes here, so you'll be jumping into employee engagement activities, getting involved in performance reviews, and sharing your thoughts on how we can make things even better.

Requirements:
  • You've spent a solid 2-3 years wowing customers in the retail world.
You're a pro at navigating CRM platforms like Zendesk and Freshdesk.
  • Your English game is strong seriously, you could write a novel with those writing skills of yours.
Tech-savvy Heck yeah! You're not afraid to dive into new tech and figure things out on the fly.
  • You've got that magic touch when it comes to analyzing and replicating website issues.
Customer happiness is your jam you're all about delivering top-notch experiences, every single time.
  • And hey, we're all about growth here, so if you've got a hunger for learning and love getting feedback to help you improve, then you're our kind of person.

Preferred Qualities
  • Certifications or training in customer service Nice to have, but not a deal-breaker.
