Monitoring of web tracking systems (Standard, Corporate & Basic).- Assisting client concerns via email, phone calls and live agent.
Coordinating installation logs with technicians.
- Updating records in Pipedrive.
Assist in replenishment of client web tracking platform.- Assist in client's web platform access.
Assist in managing load central (employer loading system).
- Other tasks as instructed by their immediate supervisor.
