Customer Support Representative Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist our client with a multitude of tasks. You must be goal oriented, and have the ability to shift gears quickly. We are seeking someone with direct Customer Support experience that also has a Sales background with the ability to handle Outbound Sales.
Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients using company software
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the software
- Assist customers with onboarding process and software setup
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve technical issues

Desired Experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer support related field
- 3+ years of experience working within a sales environment
