Customer Support Representative Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist our client with a multitude of tasks. You must be goal oriented, and have the ability to shift gears quickly. We are seeking someone with direct Customer Support experience that also has a Sales background with the ability to handle Outbound Sales.

Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients using company software
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the software
  • Assist customers with onboarding process and software setup
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve technical issues

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Desired Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support related field
  • 3+ years of experience working within a sales environment
  • 3+ years of Email Management skills
  • 3+ years of Account Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client relations specialist experience
  • Ability to communicate and represent the company to customers
