The start date is on August 12, 2024 (Monday)- Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
The role will require handling customer inquiries, complaints, retention, and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
_Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email at 7 PM - 2 AM Manila IF you passed the resume screening. (We screen even on weekends)

Respond promptly to customer inquiries- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated channels
Endorse proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow up on customer interactions
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Highly valued if you have
Good verbal and written communication skills- Call center experience (CSR/TSR/Back Office)
Good computer navigation skills
College degree preferred
- Retention experience preferred
Quiet place to work- Noise cancelling headset or noise canceling software
Good internet speed
(100mbps or higher)- Must have their own laptop or computer that has 8GB RAM or higher
Backup: Internet, device, power supply (REQUIRED)
NBI clearance will be asked to be provided once hired.

Proven customer support experience- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Interviews will be done via video call, a camera is required.
