  • Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

The role will require handling customer inquiries, complaints, retention, and support requests via phone, email, and chat.

_Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email at 7 PM - 2 AM Manila IF you passed the resume screening. (We screen even on weekends)_

- Make sure you have a resume attached.

  • Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated channels
Endorse proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow up on customer interactions
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Highly valued if you have
Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Call center experience (CSR/TSR/Back Office)
Good computer navigation skills
  • Has retention experience
  • Requirements
College degree preferred
  • Retention experience preferred
Quiet place to work
  • Noise cancelling headset or noise canceling software
Good internet speed (100mbps or higher)
  • Must have their own laptop or computer that has 8GB RAM or higher
Backup: Internet, device, power supply (REQUIRED)
NBI clearance will be asked to be provided once hired. TIN
  • Web Cam / Video camera
Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Interviews will be done via video call, a camera is required.
