Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative with extensive knowledge in gaming PCs. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proven track record in customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to customers with gaming PC-related inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming PC trends, components, and accessories to provide accurate and relevant information.
Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.
  • Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of gaming PCs, including hardware components, software, and peripherals.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
  • Location:

On-Site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
