We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative with extensive knowledge in gaming PCs. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proven track record in customer service.
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to customers with gaming PC-related inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming PC trends, components, and accessories to provide accurate and relevant information.
Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.
Extensive knowledge of gaming PCs, including hardware components, software, and peripherals.- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
