We have an exciting mid shift, Manila-based opportunity available for a Customer Support. Work from home or office based you choose!

In this position, you will be assigned to our client, who has delivered safety, welfare, and site equipment for the construction industry by putting people first for over 45 years. They achieve this by listening to their clients needs and establishing solutions that are unique to them.

Your Responsibilities

Web Order Processing: Review, update, amend, release, and advise customers on their web orders.
Sales Support Inbox: Ensure all emails are successfully directed to the appropriate department or agent.
Order Processing: Process orders in accordance with customer purchase orders.

Your Background

Prior experience in managing inboxes, processing data, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
Demonstrated experience in a customer support role.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and efficient interactions.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey information concisely and resolve issues promptly.
Demonstrated professionalism and efficiency in handling customer inquiries.
A strong commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proactive and confident in engaging with customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Outlook.
