Job Description

PayMongo builds the most advanced online payments infrastructure in SE Asia, starting in the Philippines. Over the next few years, we will build a broad suite of products that aims to lower the barriers and remove all the complexities in payments. We are rapidly expanding to serve diverse needs of thousands of business. As a Customer Success Developer, you will work closely with a wide range of innovative businesses. Responsible for maintaining knowledge bases and spearheading technical support for merchants. You will ensure that our merchants and their developers are well-educated on our products and services.

Customer Success Developers have strong knowledge of the product, you will be in charge of technical product training within PayMongo to ensure that our employees are equipped to do their jobs better. You will also be able to develop technical solutions to be used by both internal and external teams. You will be working closely with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to achieve all these goals.

Within PayMongo, Customer Support sits at the nexus of our Commercials and Product teams, helping to drive company growth and transforming the way payments and financial services are processed in the Philippines.

You will:

Manage, maintain, and create content for our customer-facing knowledge bases such as Developer Documentation
Assist in developer and technical support for tools and platforms being used by the Customer Support Team
Partner with the commercials team during pre-sales engagements to present technical solutions, address client queries, and create compelling proposals.
Develop and present technical solutions for Key Merchants
Train and empower team members on the technical side of the product and the basics of technical support
Consolidate and analyze developer feedback to improve our products and services

You may be a fit if:

You have worked on projects related to API integration and web development
You are a team player with key leadership qualities
You have strong problem-solving skills
You are an excellent communicator across internal and external stakeholders, able to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
You are able to make complex information understandable across internal teams, merchants and consumers.
You have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
You have a strong interest in fintech
You are comfortable with ambiguity and are truly flexibleour environment changes rapidly, and your work might too!
A background in software development life cycle is plus
Familiarity with data management tools is a plus
