-Handles Customer Support Team- -Provides technical solutions to client problems
-Troubleshoot on site, if needed
- -Provides BOM for the replacement/additional equipment needed for clients
-Monitor and check daily attendance report of CS technical personnel;- -Prepares materials requisitions as well as accounting-related requisitions for the department;
-Respond to Customer concerns via calls, SMS, email or any other means of communication;
- -Prepare payroll, time and attendance reports for the CS technical personnel;
-Prepare reports and other necessary documentation;- -Coordinate necessary citation and applicable disciplinary action of outsourced personnel;
-Ensure all outsourced personnel are physically fit prior to deployment;
- -Maintain data such as FSR, Dashboard and other pertinent documents and database of the department;
-Preventive maintenance deployment schedule and report;- -Manpower deployment schedule for servicing request;
-Servicing with revenue deployment and coordination; perform other ad-hoc tasks related to CS department which may be assigned from time to time.
