This is Direct hire - Permanent role to our client -

_The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management but it will possibly within this range or a little bit higher (this is Junior level only). They may still negotiate you._

Specific position: Customer Service Representative

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

Willing to work on any shift assigned schedule especially Midshift schedule

• Amenable to work

100% onsite in OTC Building, Sumulong Highway, Antipolo City, Rizal At least 1 - 2 years of Customer Service experience: supporting white goods appliances (Account): _refrigerators, ranges, water heaters, freezers, unit air conditioners, washing machines, clothes dryers and other similar domestic and commercial large appliances_

• A good knowledge of White goods An ability to identify parts for various appliances Excellent administrative and computer skills Excellent written and spoken communication skills Show initiative and self-motivation Clean and neat presentation A can-do and proactive attitude Strong and committed work ethic

Strong analytical, organizational, and English communication skills

Can start ASAP

• Role Overview:

Day to day you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to: Experience in operating in Spare Parts/Service area (or related areas) preferably in white goods or technical background in the service industry. Assisting Retail, Trade Accurate interpretation of White Goods parts Accurately processing orders & enquiries Supporting the Parts Team to effectively and efficiently complete their task
