Job Description:
  • Handle end users queries in live chat and ensure prompt responses.
Inform end-users in the live chat about any service irregularities.
  • Resolve end-users disputes in the live chat; escalate to the next level of support for higher intervention levels and log complaints if technical verification by 1st line Customer Support is required.
Verify and ensure the quality of operators service from the end user's perspective.
  • Communicate with operators and manage incoming requests via email and the Ticketing system.
Mediate between the Technical Department and operators; keep operators informed about any service irregularities.
  • Provide resolutions for investigated cases to the operators.
Collaborate with the next level of Technical Support.
  • About You:
Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments.
Willingness to work onsite in Pasay City.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including evening shifts and holidays.
A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with iGaming platforms and terminology is advantageous.
