JOB SUMMARYExecutes the Annual Plans & Programs as defined by the Customer Support & Tele Sales Manager. Proactively implements programs & delivering services to NELTEX customers while constantly finding more efficient & effective ways to do them. Engaged in identifying opportunities that will improve customer's experience in doing business with NELTEX.
- Executes the NELTEX Customer Support Strategy as defined by the CS TS Manager. Performs Daily & Weekly check points to ensure that the objectives of the program are met. To continuously find ways on how to better improve Customer Satisfaction from NELTEX products & services.
- Executes the Tele Sales Plan focusing on supporting existing buying accounts and in generating new customers. Performs Daily & Weekly check points to ensure Conducts Daily & Weekly check points to ensure that Tele Sales Annual Plan are achieved.
- Executes and Complies to NELTEX Policies & Procedure in the dispending of Customer Support & Tele Sales Function.
- QUALIFICATION GUIDES:
A. EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business or related Fields
B. EXPERIENCE : Junior role: 1 to 2 years experience in customer support, client services, sales or related fields.
C. AGE : NA
D. BREAK-IN PERIOD : Six (6) months
E. OTHERS : Can work well both independently and as part of a team. Must be aggressive, proactive, resourceful, goal-oriented and persuasive. With above average typing, communication, interpersonal skills, with high level of morality, integrity and unquestionable loyalty. Computer literate.
