About The Role

The Customer Support Associate role will support the Customer Service by ensuring all duties are completed on a timely manner. This role will be assigned the following responsibilities:

  • Level 1 Support with Customers via Live Chat
  • Level 1 Support with Customers via Email
  • Back-end administrative task support for Customers
  • Support team to ensure swift resolution to customer issues
  • Ensure all client KPIs and SLAs are met on a timely manner
  • Work closely with other business areas to improve processes and practices
  • Accept coaching and mentoring from management, learning and developing self with the goal of career progression within the business

Qualifications

  • College/Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience related to customer service.
  • Experience in the travel industry is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, your telephone and written communication. This means you must be good in English, can communicate.
  • Quick Navigation Ability, Web Savvy, Coordinating experience
  • Multitasking: Ability to Toggle Between Screens/Tools
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
