Job Description

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for providing end to end client policy administration servicing to all group insurance accounts of the company. The role shall ensure customer/partner satisfaction by providing effective and efficient group administration support in terms of billing, underwriting and preparation of group master policy contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of Group Policy Contract and Renewal Endorsements
  • Group Underwriting
  • Group Billing Issuance and Premium Collection Monitoring
  • Facilitates group claims transactions following the standards and procedures within the agreed timeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or any related course
  • At least a year work experience in underwriting or insurance operations
  • Knowledgeable of insurance practices and regulations
  • Willing to work long hours and can handle pressure and tight work deadlines.
  • Must be a team player
  • With good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas or Makati.
