As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients during U.S. business hours. Your role is to listen carefully, gather the necessary information, and ensure that your team stays on top of every inquiry. Work setup: Permanent WFH

Smooth Calls, Happy Clients: A Customer Support Experience Like No Other!

  • Professionally handle inbound customer calls during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM ET).
  • Gather and document critical information from clients for smooth handovers.
  • Relay information promptly to the appropriate account manager via Salesforce.
  • Occasionally schedule follow-up appointments using Calendly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage complex inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Ensure professionalism while waiting for account managers to follow up with clients.


Requirements

Customer Support Skills That Speak Volumes!

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in a phone-based role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
