Prepare and send price quotes through chats and emails within the agreed SLA - 30 minutes
Perform quality checks on documents or videos prior to delivery to clients
Close deals with global customers (mainly from the US) by scheduled meetings and strategic calls conducted upon receipt of the inquiry to discover customer pains
Increase customer retention by resolving customer complaints thru critical analyzation of the cause of the issue and later on come up with the best resolution on a timely and efficient manner
Establish strong positive customer relation to build repeat business and promoters contributing quality referrals
Make atleast 50 phone calls (mix of retention, courting and complaint) a day with both active and dormant accounts
Work independently at home (rotational shift, 5-6days/week)
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with neutral accent
Minimum 2 years of outbound Sales experience
Customer-service focused (preferably with at least 5yrs BPO experience)
