Whitaker Dog Day Camp is seeking a dedicated
Customer Success Specialist professional to join our team. You will assist in various lead generation and nurturing tasks, ensure smooth conversions, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate must excel in creating connections with potential clients, ensuring they have all the information needed to choose our camp for their dogs.

- Key Responsibilities:Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for potential clients interested in touring our facility or learning more about our services.- Confirm and remind clients of their appointments, ensuring they have all necessary information.
Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services, providing additional information and answering any questions.- Conduct customer outreach to past/previous clients to try to convert them back as active clients.
Nurture existing leads to ensure consistent and timely communication to nurture leads and convert them into loyal clients.- Keep potential clients warm by active engagement working hand in hand with the marketing department.
Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and referral programs.- Create and implement strategies to attract new clients to our services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities.- Update client information in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
It is our goal in general to create fanatic and enthusiastic customers. During the follow-up portion, this is where we gather data related to successes and failures in the service. This data is then collected for the facility and management to utilize.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.- Great English grammar and speaking skills
Proven experience in a customer relations, sales assistant, or similar role.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.- Experience in the pet care industry or a passion for working with animals.
Previous remote work experience.
