Job description
-Prepare and send price quotes through chats and emails within the agreed SLA - 30 minutes
-Perform quality checks on documents or videos prior to delivery to clients
-Close deals with global customers (mainly from the US) by scheduled meetings and strategic calls conducted upon receipt of the inquiry to discover customer pains
-Increase customer retention by resolving customer complaints thru critical analyzation of the cause of the issue and later on come up with the best resolution on a timely and efficient manner
-Establish strong positive customer relation to build repeat business and promoters contributing quality referrals
-Make at least 50 phone calls (mix of retention, courting and complaint) a day with both active and dormant accounts
-Work independently at home (rotational shift, 5-6days/week)
