The Customer Success Partner (Area Sales Manager) will drive the business growth by identifying and developing opportunities that meet customer expectations. This role focuses on leading and nurturing a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass business objectives while managing key accounts and ensuring outstanding customer service. This field-based role, within the Diagnostics Division of Roche Philippines, reports directly to the Head of Sales and covers the National Capital Region.
What you will be working on:
As Customer Success Partner (Area Sales Manager), your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and profitability
Build and sustain long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
Ensure continuous service improvements by swiftly addressing customer inquiries and complaints
Adhere to company policies, standards, and legal requirements while managing time and resources efficiently to close deals
Conduct regular business review meetings with external and internal stakeholders
Update customers on Roche products and services through educational visits to enhance brand reputation
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring effective execution and resolution
Create and nurture a high-performing team by focusing on individual strengths and providing developmental opportunities
Proactively manage performance, fostering trust through active listening and providing regular constructive feedback
Empower team members to make informed business decisions, encouraging reasonable risk-taking and learning from experiences
Assist team members with territory and account management, customer engagements, and stakeholder relationships
Guide Specialists in uncovering customer needs, opportunity management, and value selling
Who You Are:
You are a passionate people leader with a knack for driving sales success and developing high-performing teams who has:
Bachelor's Degree in Health, Science, or Business disciplines.
5+ years of demonstrated commercial experience in a leadership role
Experience with strategic implementation and complex sales processes, preferably in a hospital or laboratory environment
Extensive market knowledge coupled with an entrepreneurial flair, resilience, and a growth mindset
Experience in key account management and commercial excellence
Proven experience in sales leadership and people management
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including making impactful presentations, spreadsheets, and proposals.
