  • Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Specialist handles customer interactions, including questions, feedback, and order updates for partnered retail stores. This role ensures a high-quality customer experience by managing logistics and addressing issues. The description outlines the main duties and may change as needed.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:

Support Retail Stores:
  • Assist retail stores with order status updates and troubleshooting.
Manage customer service tickets systematically within our portal.
  • Collect and analyze feedback for improving Hemster's portal and practices.

Logistics and Order Management:
  • Facilitate monthly replenishments of Hemster supplies to retail partners using Shipstation.
Schedule UPS/FedEx pickups for partnered stores.
  • Audit store orders and clarify any discrepancies with stores.

Customer Interaction and Problem-Solving:
  • Identify potential garment issues during fittings to prevent delays.
Respond to inquiries about alterations and repairs.
  • Assist customers in measuring and marking garments for alterations.

Team Collaboration and Data Management:
  • Be a key part of a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Assist with order fulfillment and data entry.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in solving customer issues.
Identify and troubleshoot common issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with customer experience software like Front or Zendesk.
Proficiency in using Slack for team communication.
  • Familiarity with shipping software like Shipstation.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
