Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • The agent handles different tasks related to processing documents and keeping records for customer accounts.
  • Entering, editing, recording, sorting, and summarizing data and documents.
  • Answering and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate (Not currently enrolled)
  • With or without BPO/ call center experience (voice, chat, back office/ non-voice accounts) (Not currently employed)
  • Previous BPO/ call center experience is a plus
  • Above average or Conversant in English communication skills
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with a computer
  • Good Typing Skills
  • Highly motivated and prepared to work hard
  • Flexible and welcome change/improvements
  • Can Start ASAP
