Job Description

Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while using our products or services. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and proactively address issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. By working closely with our sales, product, and support teams, you will facilitate a seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing account management. Your goal is to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer success to support company growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth implementation.
Develop a deep understanding of customers business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential issues and opportunities.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and uncover opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Advocate for customers needs and provide feedback to product development teams.
  • Drive customer retention and growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs to senior management.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing is a _must_
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
