Job Description

Job Summary: As a Customer Success Executive you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service and positive customer experiences. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction by providing professional, friendly, and prompt support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assist customers with product or service information and resolve complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by building rapport and providing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Document and log customer interactions and issues in the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Must have an experience in handling/ resolving tickets
  • Must have an excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve concerns
  • Proficiency and strong problem-solving skills to identify the best solutions for customers, and a typing speed of 35-40 words per minute.
