Your Role: As a Customer Success Admin, you will:
- Administrative Support: Assist Customer Success Managers in managing daily operations by performing administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing help, subscription maintenance, quote requests, and
order changes - Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input customer information, feedback, and data into internal systems
(such as CRMs and billing systems). - Customer Communication: Send routine communications and make phone calls on behalf of the Customer Success Managers to ensure customers are engaged and supported.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to
manage customer queries, escalate issues, and follow through on operational tasks. - Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering and organizing feedback from lower-tier accounts, reporting
trends and insights to leadership for future improvements. - Process Optimization: Help streamline and improve administrative processes for efficiency within the
Customer Success function.
What You Need:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (experience with tools like Salesforce is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and working within a collaborative team
