- Responsible for providing product or service information, solutions and relevant details to customers via phone, email, mail or social media;
- Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, professional relation and clear answers to customer's requests;
- Provides excellent customer service support by answering queries promptly, acknowledging complaints and suggestions, assisting customers with orders and giving feedback at a reasonable time;
- Must be knowledgeable of all the products to provide accurate response to customers;
- Must handle complaints properly by immediately acknowledging the complaint and promptly endorse to the immediate supervisor for proper disposition when needed;
- Must be open-minded when receiving suggestions from customers;
- Must inform or notify immediate supervisor or the management of customer's suggestions, comments that may contribute to the company's improvement and any arising complaints or miscommunication with the customer to maintain excellent customer relationship;
- Must keep confidential matters strictly within the organization, including but not limited to the passwords and other security information pertaining to the organization and work being performed;
- Performs any other job-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned or requested by immediate supervisor or head.
