Job Description- To contribute service cost reduction thru implementation of non-contact meter collection
To convert of MIF from Visit to Non-Visit method for Meter reading- To process consolidated MRs, encode and transmit for billing and run RPA
To achieve revenue target thru timely submission and completion of meter collection summary.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent is an advantage
