Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a College Graduate
- At least 1 year experience as Customer Service Assistant (Experience in the food industry is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Comfortable in both Filipino & English Languages (Oral and written)
- Willing to work six times a week (Sunday to Friday schedule with shifting; early shift)
- Comfortable in handing FB, IG, Email, Website, and Phone customer inquiries
- Can multi-task, customer service oriented and has a pleasing personality
- Can start right away
Job Description
- Customer service work which includes but not limited to the ff: Answer customer inquiries, sending quotations, and updating of payments
- Handling and coordinating of customer complaints, payments, and etc.
- Coordinates with Kitchen staff and Riders regarding customer complaints/concerns
- Provides support to Kitchen, Logistics and Management
