We are a remote team that improves online medical education and teaches healthcare professionals domestically and abroad how to save lives. We also take the same advanced life-saving training we developed for medical professionals and give it to underserved populations all around the world at no cost. We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Customer Service Specialist to work various day, night, and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for communication with our customers via phone, email, and chat. If you are proactive, we would appreciate your assistance in supporting other team members with our daily business activities and administrative tasks.
