Duties and Responsibilities Keeps a record of inventory by encoding documents for incoming and outgoing transactions.
Updates system inventory by encoding stock transfer/ relocation.
Updates system inventory (if needed) based on cycle count.
Prepares pick list for outgoing materials based on the outgoing cargo notice. Ensures that FEFO/FIFO is followed during issuance. Furnishes clients with copy of updated inventory and copy of documents.
Submit request for 8106, 8105, 8112 to compliance
Reconciles inventory with clients after cycle count.
Keeps proper and organized filing of documents including archiving of old record
Prepares billing summary for storage, handling, over time summary and other miscellaneous charges to clients every 15th and 30thof the month.
Complies with internal company policies, procedures & safety practices such as FIFO & FEFO, 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO and other defined quality programs.
Maintains and leaves his/her work area in clean and neat condition.
Ensure that all communication from/to the customer/ client are addressed and communicated within the organization.
Performs customer service for assigned clients/ account.
Monitoring of stocks inventory and proper documentation of incoming and outgoing transactions.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Educational Background/ Work Experience
College Degree / Bachelor's Degree
With experience in logistics operations, encoding and data entry.
Warehousing and inventory handling.
